Who We Are

Sara Bradley has almost twenty years of human resources experience. Prior to founding Hire Resolution, Sara worked in corporate recruiting for Bank of America; in executive search for Heidrick & Struggles and with a boutique executive search firm; in consulting for Comsys and CTG; and, early in her career, with Robert Half International.

Sara has guided clients in sixteen fast-paced industries, including: financial services, real estate, technology, and non-profits. She has provided talent management services for positions ranging from C-level executives to non-exempt levels of staffing. Originally from the Midwest, Sara moved to the Carolinas in 1993 and has enjoyed living in Charlotte since 1997. She counts Classroom Central and Jacob’s Ladder Job Center not only as clients but as a way to fulfill her passion for community service.
