Bios

Sara Bradley has almost twenty years of experience in recruiting. Prior to co-founding Hire Resolution, she worked in corporate recruiting for Bank of America; in executive search for Heidrick & Struggles and The Woodbury Group; in consulting for Comsys and CTG; and, early in her recruiting career, in contingent search with Robert Half. Industries have included financial services, real estate, construction, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, education, and agriculture. Job families have been diverse but in the last several years, Sara has focused on professional-level positions. She was born and raised in the Midwest, studied Fashion Merchandising in college and now lives in Charlotte, North Carolina, with her family, Paul, Alexander, Arnie, and Molly.

Jenny Sypolt, co-founder of Hire Resolution, has over seven years of sales and recruiting experience. Her industry experience includes the fields of telecommunications, information technology, and pharmaceuticals. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Minor in Communications from West Virginia University. She currently lives in the suburbs of Charlotte with her husband and two children. Her interests include a love of the outdoors; she vows to one day return to her favorite sport of skiing, which she so enjoyed before becoming a dedicated working mother.
